A Meal We Enjoyed
This was a simple meal, requiring min-moderate amounts of prep work.

Choose and clean the type of potatoes you like.
Then, cut into bite-sized pieces, coat with olive oil and seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, parsley), place in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, turn and go for 30 more.


I picked these up from Sam’s Club and cooked them in a cast-iron skillet, on medium heat, after turning the potatoes. Rotate the links on all sides (or grill) to your desire. Yum!!!


To complete the meal, toss together a green salad (dark leafy green provides more nutrition). Dish and serve. It’s a perfect combo in our house! Hoping you enjoy it, too!!!
